Blah.
I’m a little under the weather, and I’m diet-depleted of carbs. Not a fantastic recipie for this 4th week of more weight, more sets, more reps, and going 1/fail. Gah.
I admit that I’m very curious how well this cycle will work on a massing diet tho. 🙂 The pump is likely unreal!
Anyways, churned through as best as I could, but it’s hard when you’ve got no gas in the tank. I did drop the situps because I just couldn’t. I opted to rate this as a 0, just because of the gas-tank factor. I don’t see my ability to churn through this later this week getting any better. 🙂
All said tho, my body weight broke the barrier! Weighing in at 239 now. Very happy about that. I do want the trend to continue and maybe be 235 by the time all is said and done. That would be a great place to end this. Things look good in the mirror too (all things considered, relative to where I started). Happy with progress so far.
