Sunday Metal – Haggard Cat

This may not be strictly metal, but it’s loud and the video is awesome, hilarious, inspired, and shows what a little creativity can do.

Sunday Metal – Corrosion of Conformity

I’m still digging the new Corrosion of Conformity album, “No Cross No Crown”. While this is a promo video, it’s still a great song for the first single off the album “Cast the First Stone”

Sunday Metal – Crowbar

Another bit of long-form excellence.

This is Crowbar, live in Dallas, Texas on November 10, 1996.

What’s really cool about this? This is a special short-lived lineup. Not only Jimmy Bower on drums, but Jay Abenne is on lead guitar! Jay is best known for his work in Wrathchild America and Souls At Zero. He subbed in for a few months after their then-guitarist left the band.

As an extra treat? Here’s video of a practice session from 5 days before that show.

Sunday Metal – dead horse
