A UK band called The Heavy came out to KR Training back at SXSW 2008.

Well, I’m not speaking as Karl or any sort of KR spokesman here. What I do know is there are people that just don’t want their pictures taken. Not everyone wants their picture taken, or risked being put online and such. Any time pictures have come up before, there must always be asking beforehand and then honoring anyone that doesn’t want their picture taken.
I would say in this case of this band, that Karl was well aware of what was going on and was fine with allowing it… given he was in the video.
