Now it’s my turn

Youngest appears to be over it.

Daughter appears to be almost over it.

Oldest is still unscathed, as far as we can tell.

Wife is on the mend.

And now it’s my turn to go down for the count. Headache growing all morning. Presently have a 100.7º fever. I’m sure all the other fun stuff is only a matter of hours away.

I’ll be back whenever I get back… or bored of lying in bed. 🙂

Meantime, how about that SCOTUS today?

  1. Interesting vote. It wasn’t SCOTUS proper though, just Roberts acting in his role as Circuit Justice for D.C. I just read the opinion and I agree with him entirely, there was no reason to grant that stay. The voters still have a seperate opportunity to challenge the Act at a later time, should they so choose.

I’m glad to see Roberts is doing, what I consider, a first rate job. His legal opinions and decisions, while I don’t always agree with them, are often within the law and legal precedent.
