“Hi, I’m Larry Potterfield with MidwayUSA. Thanks for your business.”
Familiar refrain?
I’m a customer of MidwayUSA, because they do have just about everything I need in the realm of gun-related business. While it was evident Larry Potterfield ran a good and growing business, I didn’t realize just how well he strived to run it.
Inc. magazine has an article on MidwayUSA and their quest to be the best-run business in America. (h/t Karl) It’s all about Baldrige.
Give it a read. It’s an interesting peek at how MidwayUSA runs its business. I’d love to work for a company like that; something for me to think about.
They may be great company, but I have sure have had problems with their website. And I order online once or twice a week, so I am not a novice at this. But their site had been giving me fits. After nearly a week of emails, I still cannot get a small order through.
Wow. That’s no good. Only time I had problems with their website was after Obama got elected and everyone was in a buying frenzy… the website was very slow from the load.
I’d say pick up the phone and give them a call.
I think they suck…they use deceptive polices and have poor customer service. My goal is to help them improve by pointing out their shortcomings
You’re welcome to your opinion, but how about backing it up with some facts and evidence?
