I’ve got the new site on line. I’ve made the DNS changes and I know it’s starting to propagate.
Everything’s certainly in a state of flux right now. Hopefully nothing will be lost and all will shake itself out by the end of the week.

Seems it all depends on DNS at this point.
I’m getting some email through the old system, some through the new. I’ve seen in the new system’s logs that pictures and other resources for the blog here are coming off the new site. The wordpress.com “you’ve got a new comment” email that I got for your above comment, that came through the old system.
But the blog itself? It’s wordpress.com hosted so I doubt the blog itself will have problems… tho things like pictures may or may not, depending on DNS. Hopefully all will be smooth and by the end of the week DNS will be fully propagated and machines pick things up and life goes well.
*grumbles* Danged Code Junkies…
my rss feed is going south. I think I’m going to blow it away,and then add the new improved? version?
This is like learning Short Form One at a Tak Yo Dough Dojo, and then all of a sudden having Parker Liniken as your primary instructor at Brian Adams School… Ah, the 70’s all over again!
Strange that it is, given you’re also hosting on wordpress.com. I get your RSS feed and haven’t noticed any problems.
