The problem with Lissa’s crude analogy is that it makes sense. That’s precisely why it falls upon deaf ears and so many people think big(ger) government is the way to solve our problems. *sigh*

Isn’t it funny how the government is currently blaming yuppie greed for our current economic crisis, and yet they are using the same redonkulous “management culture” model which yuppie greed produced?
Not really surprising. 1. We don’t learn from past mistakes; in fact, we prefer to repeat them, 2. it’s always your fault, never mine.
